Post lunch, our journey takes us to the Hill of Elijah, a site steeped in the legend of Elijah’s ascent to Heaven. Our day continues with a visit to Umm Qais, where a local guide will show you around the ancient city of Gadara. Marvel at its colonnaded street, terrace, and the remains of two theatres, all while enjoying panoramic views of the Sea of Galilee, the Golan Heights, and the Yarmouk Valley. Then, we start our walking tour in downtown Amman and experience life as a local, surrounded by vibrant flavors, colors, and textures. Trying the famous Jordanian falafel and indulging in the sweetness of Kunafeh is a must. We’ll also visit the Roman Amphitheater and the Folklore Museum. The day wraps up with dinner at our hotel, followed by a comfortable overnight stay.

Our tour starts with a visit to one of As-Salt’s most beautiful, historic houses, leading to St. George’s (Al-Khader) Orthodox Church, guided by a local expert. The visit culminates with a traditional Jordanian lunch at a local restaurant in As-Salt. Then, we head back to our hotel in Amman. In the evening, we will enjoy a leisurely walk around The Boulevard, capped off with a Jordanian Wine Experience. The day ends as we return to the hotel for the night.
